Simple VPN container to connect a hacker to their challenge container network.

## But why?

PSK (static keys) are easy to use and don't require a valid domain name, compared to TLS encryption. And because we do have a secure channel towards the user anyway (HTTPS), it's no problem to transmit the PSK.

However, no Docker Container provided PSK support.
